The Wastewater Problem

grease trap problem

Food establishments, restaurants, hotels, as well as food manufacturers, produce a problematic by-product known as FOG (Fats, Oils and Grease). Commonly referred to as grease, it is typically discharged via the wastewater drains into the sewage system.

This hazardous grease discharge inflicts significant damage into the sewer system infrastructure, producing blockages that result in sewage spills into oceans and underground water reserves. These spills cause beach closures and endanger public health. The source of the blockages are rigorously investigated, and the "owners"of the waste at source, when found, incur huge costs.

The Hydrologix® Solution

The Hydrologix GRS

The Hydrologix fully biological in-situ (on site) grease reduction system is an economical way to reduce or even eliminate, the need to pump GIs. It offers an efficient, environmentally sensitive and cost competitive solution to bioremediation of FOG at the source, in the GI, while also presenting a more aesthetically pleasing process that is noiseless, odorless, and alleviates burdening our landfills with toxic waste.

Completely computer controlled, our system is leased to the food establishment proprietor and requires minimal monthly maintenance. Microbial liquids are checked and maintained monthly by trained staff. For up to 25% lower than the cost currently paid for pumping, 24 x7 monitoring by our service company takes the worry away from the proprietors.

Result? Your output will be gray water!

Use this to water your landscape and reduce your local water/sewage district fees.
